When used properly, NeckComfort can allow neck muscles to relax, stretch neck and shoulder muscles, improve circulation, decompress spinal discs, and ultimately relieve pain, in as little as 20 minutes.
Follow the instructions below to learn how to relieve your neck and shoulder pain in five easy steps.
1. Place the device around your neck with the air pump on your left side and attach the adjustable velcro straps.
2. To inflate the device, first turn the Slow Air Release Valve, located at the Pump Bulb, clockwise to close off the valve.
3. Roll the blue wheel on the airlock down, so that the air passage is opened.
4. Now squeeze the Pump Bulb repeatedly until the desired firmness is reached.
5. Upon reaching your desired amount of inflation, roll the blue wheel on the airlock up so that the air does not instantly exit the NeckComfort.
🕑 For initial results, we recommend using the device 2-3 times a day for 20-30 minutes a session.
